The event will be held 4 to 12 October 2008 and this year's theme will be Music and Comics.
The festival is conceived and directed by comic artist Daniel Statella People's University and organized by the Municipality of Vercelli. The highlight of the Festival will be Sunday 12, the day the historic city center will become a veritable citadel of comics. The hours will be from 9 to 19.
