C hiunque Architecture was about to do, knows that it faces a liability if not indifferent. Responsibilities which are essentially socio-cultural, because the architecture is an art of strong social, intellectual, and thus cultural.
A construction that merits the name of Architecture, must show the state's cultural society in which it is inserted, because each work of art (and as such also that of Architecture) reflects the emotions and the knowledge of those who create them, and those who create, is an individual who need is a social individual.
The architect must be an institution capable of decoding what the context requires, and how the demands: it must be able, that is, to instill harmony in creating stylistic responses of needs, semantic content, technological respect .
This is not utopia. And 'only real meticulous, detailed and instinctive of the sublime: in all meaning, and with all your senses!
